Speaking engagements, workshops, training programs, coaching, consulting, and other scheduled professional services are subject to the Maximize You Inc. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy unless different terms are contained in a separate written agreement.
Because reserving an engagement may require Maximize You Inc. to decline other opportunities, deposits and cancellation fees may apply.
Orders for books and other physical products are governed by the Maximize You Inc. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and circumstances outside the reasonable control of Maximize You Inc. may affect delivery.
